Purchase Transaction Data

Customers purchasing products through the Elemental Audio Systems website are required to enter contact information (name, email address, postal address, telephone, etc.) and billing information (payment type, account number, etc.). This information is used to contact the customer, if necessary, and to process and verify each order. We also use the email address entered to send customers information on, and updates to, products they have purchased (see Mailing Lists below).
 

Mailing Lists

Addresses used to subscribe to Elemental Audio Systems mailing lists are never distributed outside Elemental Audio Systems.

Elemental Audio Systems maintains several mailing lists. Our news related mailing list is used to inform subscribers of new products, special offers, and updates to the Elemental Audio Systems website. All customers are automatically subscribed to this mailing list. Anyone may subscribe or unsubscribe to the Elemental Audio Systems news mailing list by using the form on our mailing list page or by following the instructions located at the bottom of each mailing.

In addition to our news mailing list, we maintain a News and Tips mailing list for each of our products. These mailing lists give customers ideas for using, and information about, the Elemental Audio Systems products they have purchased. We also use these lists to keep customers informed about product updates. Customers are automatically subscribed to the mailing list for the product(s) they have purchased. Instructions for unsubscribing are located at the bottom of each mailing.
 

Web Browsing Activity

Elemental Audio Systems does not collect information about an individual's browsing patterns on this website. In the future, we may gather information, such as a visitor's browser type, to help us improve the Elemental Audio Systems website.

The only portion of the Elemental Audio Systems website that utilizes cookies is the Elemental Audio Systems Store. When a user enters the Elemental Audio Systems purchase area, we attempt to set a cookie to keep track of items selected for purchase. This cookie should expire when the browser is closed.
